Food trucks will be at the festival providing a variety of food and drink over the course of the day.
Parking is available onsite along with overflow public carparking at Eyre Park or on the golf course reserve via Wollaston Road.
The City of Albany encourages you to travel smart to this event and consider walking or cycling to avoid parking hassles. Additional bike racks will be available.
There are no road closures in place.
As there is no reserved seating for the event, there is no requirement to RSVP, unless you are a conferee or an award nominee.
We will do our utmost to make sure the event can proceed, with the safety of our participants and attendees coming first.
ACROD parking is available next to Three Anchors and the Surf Life Saving Club. Accessible toilets are available at the Public Toilets next to Three Anchors.

Electronic payment options may be available with certain food vendors. There is no ATM available
on site.
First aid will be available at the St Johns Ambulance van located onsite. There will also be First Aid trained staff carrying first aid kits at the event.
Please report to the Events Staff at the City marquee.
We will have a range of high-quality food/beverage vendors catering to all dietary requirements at the event.
Attendees are welcome to bring a picnic with them to the event.

The Binalup Festival is an alcohol-free event, please note that it is an offence in Western Australia for persons of any age to drink alcohol in public such as on the street, park or beach. The penalty can be a $200 infringement or maximum $2000 fine.
