Welcome to the Maritime Festival 2023

This July

As the days shorten and the cold weather creeps in, venues across Albany will heat up with a wide variety of arts, culture and children’s events.

The Maritime Festival celebrates the Port City’s cultural and maritime history, including that of Albany’s Menang Noongar people – who have strong links to the sea dating back thousands of years.

The Maritime Festival is presented by the City of Albany and is supported by the State Government through Tourism Western Australia and Royalties for Regions.
