Albany's local businesses are showcasing the region's unique produce and providores throughout July in the Maritime Menu Map.
This delicious trail will lead you on a culinary adventure around the City and broader region, with each participating hospitality venue hosting a special Maritime Menu delicacy during the length of the Maritime Festival.

To celebrate the Maritime Menu Map, the City of Albany is giving away a $200 voucher to the participating Maritime Menu Map restaurant of your choice. To enter, simply complete the survey below and tell us which of the Maritime Menu Map dishes was the most delicious!

Large grilled prawns drizzled with Thai herbs served with seafood sauce of lime juice, fish sauce, coriander, chilli and garlic
Blue Lagoon Mega Milkshake - Topped with whipped cream and ocean surprises
Herbed Fish Cakes - Trio of delicious lemon and herb fish cakes served with a spicy house tartare and slaw
The World is Your Akoya - A vibrant dish that takes the local Akoya Oyster on a trip around the globe with delicious sauces from different continents and cultures
She Sells Seashells - Albany Scallops, gently ceviche (cured) in a local dry gin, mango and fresh herbs
I'm Going to Eat You Little Fishy Bruschetta - Local Great Southern Sardines, dusted in Rustlers Cajun blend, served on freshly baked bread with homemade pickled cabbage, finished with Frankland olive oil and a sweet glaze
Steak Kilpatrick - Stirling Range Beef Sirloin, cooked to you liking and topped with Leeuwin Coast Oysters wrapped in smoked bacon, and finished with Bacon and Worcestershire Jus. Served with Rustlers regular choices of sides.
Sous Vide Squid - Caught by 'Out There Fishing' in Albany waters, with avocado creme fraiche, native finger lime, sesame
Sandalwood Nut Sardine Bruchetta - Pan fried sardines served on crusty sourdough, topped with sandalwood nut, lemon myrtle and tomato salsa
Siren Song - Every mouthful of this entrancing beer is another note in the Sirens Song which will leave you longing to enter this beers warm embrace
Giniversity Southern Ocean Gin - This navy strength gin entwines the influences of the fierce and intense Southern Ocean, using botanicals and infusions to reflect the saltiness of the water, gunpowder from the decks of old battle worn ships, medicinal cures for sea bearer’s afflictions and the colour of this deepest dark ocean.
