Albany's local businesses are showcasing the region's unique produce and providores throughout July in the Maritime Menu Map.

 

This delicious trail will lead you on a culinary adventure around the City and broader region, with each participating hospitality venue hosting a special Maritime Menu delicacy during the length of the Maritime Festival.

Spicy Seafood Salad - Indulge in a delicious symphony of flavours with our exquisitely crafted seafood marinara, tantalisingly blanched to perfection. Trio of Oysters - Immerse yourself in the epitome of refinement with our Coffin Bay oyster trio. Indulge in the Kilpatrick deep-fried oysters, complemented by a Sriracha mayo drizzle. Fish and chips with local seaweed batter - Fresh local shark in an Albany seagrass batter, Manjimup chips, salad and tartare.

Ready for some trivia? The White Star Hotel chefs go diving to harvest the seagrass themselves!

The White Star Hotel is even named after the White Star Lines. The same ocean liner company that owned the Titanic!

Blue Lagoon Mega Milkshake - Blue lagoon flavoured shake topped with ice-cream, cream, sprinkles and ocean lollies! 

Barramundi Fillet - Pan fried Barramundi served with mashed potato, seasonal veggies, capsicum coulis and balsamic reduction.
