Emergency services, a ninja obstacle course, twilight market and all things wonderful about our multi-cultural nation will be celebrated as part of the Middleton Beach Festival on Friday 22 to Tuesday 26 January 2021.
The Green Skill’s Twilight Markets start the Festival on Friday 22 January and offer the opportunity to shop local arts & crafts and enjoy some great food.
Back by popular demand, the Midds Mutts Markets is returning to Eyre Park on Saturday 23 January with dog inspired stalls, food vendors, live music, competitions and more.
For the first time ever, the Middleton Beach Festival will be host to an Emergency Services Fun Day on Sunday 24 January and features some of our local police, firefighters and ambulance officers displaying their trucks, emergency vehicles and showcasing the amazing work they do.
The Sunset Sets & Outdoor Movie on Monday 25 January gives the chance to kick back and enjoy live music by local emerging artists prior to an outdoor cinema under the stars. This year’s movie is the locally-filmed favourite, H is for Happiness.
Australia Day will once again kick off with a Big Breakfast at Eyre Park before the festivities get underway with activities, workshops, amusements, market stalls, music, a ninja obstacle course, dodgeball, face painting and a slow fashion festival by Green Skills.
The 5-day festival will embrace everything about the vibrant Albany community whilst providing entertainment for all ages across a variety of options.
This event program will be subject to the relevant State Emergency Management COVID-19 directions applicable at the time of the event which may restrict the type, scale or conditions for the event to proceed.
