A note on Foodsafety
When bringing food from home ensure that you keep your food safe from harmful bacteria you can do this by; 


Ensuring cold food is kept below 5 degrees and hot food is kept above 60 degrees. 


Don’t forget the Four hour/Two hour Guide: 

  • Under 2 hours – use or refrigerate 

  • 2 to 4 hours – use immediately ( do not refrigerate) 

  • Over 4 hours – throw away.
