Live @ the Town Hall is the City of Albany’s premier live music series, celebrating emerging and established original music talent across diverse genres at the iconic Albany Town Hall.

Since launching in June 2022, the series has become a staple of Albany’s live music ecosystem, bringing together emerging local artists, nationally touring acts, and exciting new talent from across Australia.

​

In 2025 we delivered three huge shows that showcased the depth of WA’s contemporary music scene, including sold-out nights with South Summit, smol fish, Ricky Neil Jr., Noah Dillon, Ullah, Great Gable, Fool Nelson, Ghost Care and more. With such an incredible response from audiences and artists alike, it’s clear that Live @ the Town Hall has become a must-play regional stage and a favourite night out for local music lovers.

Now, thanks to support from Revive Live – an Australian Government Initiative, the 2026 program is set to be even bigger and better. This funding means we can build on the momentum of 2025, bringing five huge shows to the Albany Town Hall in 2026, with more opportunities for emerging WA artists, the chance to host higher-profile touring acts, stronger pathways for regional musicians, and the same inclusive, community-minded atmosphere that makes Live @ the Town Hall such a great night out.
